Husky replaced our HVAC several years ago, and we never had a problem with our furnace. Last week, I noticed the temperature dropped a few degrees, and it took a long time for the heat to come back up. This never happened before, even when our weather was colder.

I turned the furnace on and off, and restarted the thermostat, which did the trick, but I noticed it was misbehaving again.

A technician arrived promptly, but after checking the furnace and thermostat, he wasn’t able to find any issues. He did show me how to spot an error code for future reference.

We always have our HVAC maintained by Husky, and find their service is friendly and efficient. I’m just grateful a technician came out so quickly, and that our furnace is working fine now!
