I am Husky Air customer for over a decade. This company provide great products (heaters, coolers) and customer service. I got high efficiency Carrier heater for 9 years. Its never was broken and eventually after many years it started switching on and off. It happened on Good Friday. Husky responded immediately to my call and sent very knowledgeable technician Ruslan. He quickly identified the problem: clogged water drain. Cleaned it and the furnace starts working as new again! I am very pleased and would recommend Husky to other people.

Dmitri was a professional salesman with a tremendous amount of experience. The furnace that was installed is of the very best quality with
an amazing warranty. The installers were on time, polite, sensitive to the cost of recent renovations completed in and near the area in which they were working. They took their time and made sure that everything worked as it should before leaving. In addition they noticed a couple of things that they fixed as a courtesy to myself and my wife.. Finally, they cleaned up their work area and I believe it is now cleaner than when they first arrived. My wife and I are very grateful and finally have piece of mind . THANK YOU HUSKY!!!!

Our A/C broke down. we decided we would replace the furnace and A/C as they were the same age. I had a quote from a very large scale company, so I had a price point. Tried calling many other dealers without any luck no response and no call back. Husky was the only one who answered promptly and gave me a quote straight away based on the information I had. Dimitri by far had given us the best price point for our A/C and furnace.I did receive calls back the following day, the quotes came back much higher than the one from Dimitri, Since it was already very hot and humid in May we wanted the work done as soon as possible. Dimitri had a crew available for the following morning at 09:00. The crew showed up on time and ready to do the job. Sam and his crew were very polite, honest and respectful and most efficient. While working they communicated any information or suggestions. Dimitri and Sam called to check in once the work was complete on the same evening of the installation and also the following day. We are very pleased with the service from everyone at Husky, from my initial call and through to the call backs from the staff to check in and make sure we were pleased and feeling comfortable with with the temperature in the house. We were more than pleased with the level of service, experience and kindness from everyone at Husky. We highly recommend the Husky team to take care of making sure your house is cool in summer and warm in winter. This is the second time we use Husky Air and we couldn’t be more pleased with the over the top service starting with Dimitri’s quick response and assistance in helping us chose the right air conditioner for the property, arranging removal of existing unit and arranging for replacement on our schedule and with short notice from us! The company stands behind its product and service. Their response was immediate and effective. A technician came for diagnostics literally minutes after my call and detected a broken compressor at the A/C unit. The part was ordered and another technician came next morning to install it. The person was very responsible and professional. He found a mechanical defect which might cause the initial problem and fixed it. Highly recommend their services.

We had an amazing experience with the Husky team! I’m a cancer patient, so getting a new air conditioner in a timely fashion was important! But we also wanted reliability! We spent 24 hours gathering info and getting a number of different quotes! Husky came in with a great product and a great price! Installation happened the very next day and they worked hard and got the job done, leaving our home and side yard as cleans as when they arrived! Husky Heating and Air Conditioning is second to none when it comes to service and repairs. My gas line was shutdown by Enbridge due to gas leaked and for 4 days that I don’t have hot water only Husky saved the day. I called them in the morning to book an appointment, on that very same day they managed to fixed the problem and get my gas line working back again. If you need honest and good service this is the company that you can rely on

Husky installed our air conditioner in 2009 and we were very happy with their services and quality work. The staff was patient and understanding to answer our questions and provided the best recommendation for our purchase. Since then, Husky is our go-to company when we had any issues for heating and cooling. The staff who answered my calls was super helpful for scheduling a timely appointment and the technician always came on time to fix the problem to our satisfaction. I am very impressed by their technician Dave for his professionalism, expertise and superb customer care.

When my AC had to be replaced I checked few companies for quote because I knew what size of the unit I need. None of them were able to give me a price without sending an estimator except this one. I had couple of visits with overpriced quotes. I didn’t have the luxury of time to wait for more because the temperature was 31 C. Dmitry from Husky responded in couple of hours, no matter that it was after their working time and gave me a fair price. Next day the AC was replaced. For less than 24 h the problem was resolved. I also had the furnace replaced few years ago by the same company and in the same professional manner. Great job guys, keep going this way!
